I welcome the opportunity to partner with your group to support your team members and the people and projects you serve!

Providing Tools & Treatment in the Workplace

For a planning retreat or team-building day, whether you're working with volunteers or employees, a guided Nature Immersion can help a team shift out of stress mode, gain new insights, connect and collaborate.

If you serve people coping with stress or recovering from illness or injury, you can help them discover new avenues to health, through nurturing nature connection and their connection with self. It can be a stand-alone session or can be combined with other approaches to boost their healing power.

In a workplace wellness program, Forest Therapy can support your team members to bring renewed energy and insight to the important work they do. A gentle guided walk in the forest can do wonders for stress levels, and may feel more accessible than practices like mindfulness meditation and yoga, with similar benefits.  And participants will learn an approach they can easily continue to explore on their own.

A guided walk supports participants by:

  • Fostering inter-personal connection and collaboration, as well as connection with "nature inside and out";

  • Relieving stress and its related challenges in work and personal lives;

  • Enhancing creativity, innovation and the ability to think outside the box;

  • Introducing skills and providing tools for ongoing self-care;

  • Providing the benefits of a mini-vacation, in only two or three hours

A Guided Nature Immersion can enrich your team in the following ways:

  • in a retreat or planning day, to inspire team members and boost creativity;

  • as part of your Workplace Wellness approach, to help people cope with stress and return to their work revitalized;

  • to complement individualized coaching and leadership development.

I will be pleased to work with you to design a single session or a program to meet your needs.
